Effective May 1, 2025 the cost for fax lines will increase to $40/month. The increase is to cover the cost of providing fax service to the campus. Please answer the following questions so that ITS can provide the appropriate service for your unit.

No, a fax number is no longer needed. I understand that my fax number will be turned off effective May 1 and billing will end.
Yes, a fax number is still needed with no change in service. I understand that the cost will increase to $40/month effective May 1.

Note: Several units have indicated that they have limited faxing needs and are interested in sharing fax services to reduce costs. If you have only occasional faxing needs, you may want to reach out to another unit to see if you can partner with them to share a fax line/cost. You may contact Sadie Furman in ITS if you would like the contact information for other units/departments with fax lines.
